Online booking, the walk-in queue, the front desk calendar, the till, the retail store,
payments, loyalty, stock and the numbers at close — 23 modules and 227 features
built to run a multi-branch salon end to end. Not 23 tools that almost talk to each other.
A fully seeded demo salon — real services, real staff rotas, real bookable slots.

The problem it solves
Most salons run on four systems that disagree.
A booking site, a till, a spreadsheet for stock and a phone for reminders. The moment a walk-in takes
the 3pm chair, the website is wrong. Parlor360IQ puts every one of those on the same tables.
01
One appointment table
The website, the front desk and the barber's phone read and write the same record. A walk-in
instantly closes the online slot — there is no sync job to fall behind, because there is nothing to sync.
02
One payment layer
Stripe, PayPal, gift cards, store credit, Zelle and the cash drawer all sit behind one interface.
Split tender is normal, refunds are traceable, and every movement lands in the same ledger.
03
Multi-branch from day one
Every branch has its own roster, prices, stock and drawer; reporting rolls up to the salon.
Multi-tenant underneath, so a second salon — or a hundred — costs nothing structural to add.
A closer look
The four pieces that carry the rest.
Every module matters, but these are the ones the whole system leans on.
M05 · Availability engine
One clock the whole business reads
The website, the front desk and the till all ask the same service whether a slot is free. Staff hours minus bookings, breaks, leave and closures — computed live, per branch, per barber. Colour work splits into apply, process and finish, so the chair frees up while the tint develops. Slots are held under a lock during checkout, so two people cannot take the same 3pm.
M09 · Point of sale
A till that reconciles at close
Open tickets, turn an appointment into a sale in one tap, split the tender across cash, card and gift card, add tips, and print to a thermal receipt printer. Cash drawer sessions, shift handovers and a day-close that has to balance. If the internet drops, sales queue offline and settle when it comes back.
M10 · Retail & store
The shop and the salon share one customer
Sell shampoo and pomade to the people already in your appointment book. One cart carries products, an appointment deposit and a gift card together, so the customer pays once. Stock is per branch and ledger-based — every movement explainable — and a POS sale deducts from the same shelf the website sells from.
M14 · Loyalty & prepaid
Revenue that arrives before the visit
Points, tiers, memberships billed on a cycle, prepaid packages of ten cuts, gift cards and store-credit wallets. Referrals that credit both sides. This is the part that smooths out a quiet February — and it is wired into the same checkout as everything else.
